Another #LittleAdventure with Barny

Back in October we got to review the new Barny snacks in milk and chocolate  flavours.

This month we got to try the new flavoured Barny Snacks – Apple and Strawberry.

It was half term last week and Paul took a few days off so we could do something. We decided to take a trip to Chessington World of Adventures. Being February the whole park isn’t yet open, but the Zoo etc is.

They now have a Safari Park type area, so the children got to see Ostriches, Gazelle, Zebra’s, Flamingo and Deer.

The Giraffe’s weren’t out, but if we looked hard enough through some tree’s you could just spot one.

We also visited the Gorilla’s, the Sea lions and the “Creepy Cave” before stopping for a snack!

The kids really enjoy the Milk and Chocolate flavoured Barny snacks, so I was sure that the Strawberry and Apple would be a hit too – and they were!

They are big fruit eaters anyway and love both strawberries and apples so thoroughly enjoyed the Barny snacks.

The fruit filling isn’t too over powering, and the right proportion for the snack.

Barny snacks are great for lunch boxes, and are just the right size for a little (or big) person! They come individually wrapped, so are easy to pop in to a bag or a lunch box.

I would like to see Barny available in bigger packs though! A pack of five doesn’t last long with four children and then they fight over who will get the last remaining Barny….. that’s if Mummy doesn’t get to it first 🙂

This post is an entry for BritMums ‘Winter Little Adventures Challenge’ sponsored by Barny, individually wrapped bear-shaped sponges with a hidden filling. Find out more about Barny here
