Surrey mums are getting in shape thanks to BODY BOUNCE BACK with Tanya Pascall Fitness.


Just stepping foot in a gym can sometimes be daunting, but you are desperate to lose that baby weight and you think that it’s your only option.

Thanks to one Surrey mum, and experienced personal Trainer, Tanya Pascall, that is no longer the case!

BODY BOUNCE BACK, an innovative new outdoor fitness class tailored to meet the needs of busy local mums, has just launched in Weybridge with the aim to help mums of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels get back in to shape in a friendly, inclusive, fun environment.

The classes will focus on concerns and insecurities common to mums, whether their babies are months old or in their teens.

BODY BOUNCE BACK is full-body workout comprising a mixture of cardiovascular, weights and resistance training, which is designed to strengthen and tone the core abdominal muscles and improve overall fitness.

Body Bounce Back with Tanya Pascall FitnessI have to admit that I rarely take fitness classes.

I am a bit of a gym bunny and prefer to be lifting weights with my headphones in and music blaring – so I wasn’t too sure how I would feel about going along. But I like to take myself out of my comfort zone every now and then.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun I had.

The class incorporated a lot of exercises I already do at the gym – but used bodyweight only. There was a bit of cardio involved – which isn’t my strong point, so I felt lacking in that area. But, that is something I know I need to work on, so it was a good experience for me.

One reason I don’t do exercise classes is that I feel very self-conscious. Ones I have attended in the past, I’ve always felt like a bit of a fool and nowhere near as fit as the others. I didn’t here. I think it helped that I knew we were all mums, all wanting to work on our bodies and get fit – despite being at various stages of that journey. We were there to support one another and that’s what it’s really about. Plus, it helps that Tanya was a really motivating instructor and keen to help and make sure you had the correct form.

BODY BOUNCE BACK is definitely a class that I will be attending again in the future. I love how each class is different, so you are not going to get bored doing the same routine over and over again.

Tanya has been a qualified fitness instructor for over 12 years, during which time she has established a loyal following of clients for both personal training and boot camps. Tanya has a passion for helping others experience and enjoy fitness at all levels, and works hard to keep the content of her classes varied and interesting. She prides herself on teaching accurate technique, a key factor in achieving fitness goals, which is commonly overlooked, especially in group settings. This personal approach and attention to detail under pins every class Tanya takes, which range from boot camps in Shepperton to fitness retreats in Ibiza and the UK.
