Christmas Planner

Pinterest is a treasure trove of ideas and tips for lots of different things. Whilst pinning various ideas for my Christmas Board, I came across “The Christmas Planner” by Organizing Junkie (Seriously check out this site…it’s fab if you really want to get organised!)

I decided that this would be fab to start and not only get organised but its something I can refer back to year after year.

I brought an A4 Lever arch folder, some clear wallets (you could just hole punch the paper but I’m notorious for ripping the pages so prefer wallets) and dividers so I know where everything I need is at a glance.

There are loads of free printable’s on the Internet (and I mean loads…make sure you have a lot of toner in your printer). I printed out everything I needed from {here}

I printed out:

Calendars – 2012 and 2013

Christmas Countdown Calendar and Checklists.

Planning Pages:
– Holiday Budget
– Holiday Values Worksheet
– Christmas Card List
– Master Gift List
– Gift Ideas Planner
– Gift Closet Inventory (for those who are organised enough to buy throughout the year!)
– Gifts To Make List (for those who make Homemade)
– Catalogue/Internet Order Tracker
– Stocking Stuffers
– Printable Shopping List
– Gift Wrap & Mail Checklist
– Chore Checklist
– Holiday Home Spruce Up Checklist
– Family Wardrobe Planner (
for those who want to make sure you have your Christmas outfits sorted)
– Weekly Menu Planner
– Pantry Inventory
– Freezer Inventory
– Holiday Baking Planner
– Debriefing Worksheet

There are plenty more printable’s on there, but I just printed the ones relevant to my family.

I am probably slightly late in starting this and should have started it a few weeks ago, but I’ll remember that for next year and in the mean time I’ll fill in my planner and catch up with what I need to do.

Hopefully this will spell the end of the Christmas last minute dash!
