Ok, so I feel like a bit of a failure with my Fat Mama Slim Challenge!
As always I start with really good intentions and then they quick wither away. I become apathetic and bored. I then feel guilty, but feel so ashamed of my failings that it’s often just easier to let it all slide and forget about it. But I can’t forget about it because that weight is still there, reminding me every day that it needs to come off!
I’ve not had a great few months with regards to my mental health and unfortunately, when I have bad episodes I lack motivation and just want to eat bad stuff all the time.
However, things are on the up! I have got myself sorted and I joined a gym the other week! I have been exercising regularly 3 to 4 times a week, and have even started the Couch to 5K to get me in to running! Those who know me know that I do not run! Although nothing major to report at the moment, I am hoping to see some results soon!
I did attempt to try some protein shakes to help aid the weight loss, but in all honesty, they made me gag and I just couldn’t drink it. So I have got myself some Raspberry Ketones and some Green Tea Diet capsules which are supposed to speed up the metabolism and combined with a good, healthy, balanced diet and exercise the weight should come off.
I am trying to be real and know that my 120lb goal weight to by August 2nd is more than likely not achievable now – but that doesn’t mean I can’t try right? Although I will be happy if I have at least dropped 2 dress sizes!
So, here we start again on my Fat Mama Slim Weight Loss Challenge!
