Week six of my Fat Mama Slim journey and I am struggling big time! I am feeling like such a failure – exercise wise!
I did manage to get to the gym last week – once. I also managed to hit the gym and run 3k whilst out on a Spa Day with a friend for her Hen Do.
I found a great exercise pin on Pinterest that I tried last week at the gym. It’s something that I can do at home too, so I really must try harder to do it every day if I can! What do you think?
I went out on Saturday night and I felt really huge in my size 14 dress and thought I looked rather bloated – but then I have noticed that if I don’t do any ab work I feel like that. Do you have any tips on how to get rid of that bloated look?
Even though I haven’t managed to do much exercise I have been really careful with what I have been eating and trying really hard to be good and sticking to healthy salads and wholemeal bread, although I would love to cut out carbs altogether!
I can’t see too much of a change in my body shape at the moment, except my legs are looking more toned and my thighs aren’t so huge!
I am going to have to really start organising myself better and making more time to go to the gym and exercise. I *may* even have to try to get up earlier to do it…..any tips on that as I am a night owl??
