I missed the write up for week two, but to be honest not much has changed in terms of workout and weight loss that I thought it would just be easier to combine week two and three.
So what’s been happening?
Not much has changed. I experienced a 2lb weight loss in week two (hooray!), but then nothing again in week three (sob).
I have been really trying with my food – it seriously is my down fall. I was doing really well in remembering to eat well and actually remembering to eat – then I seem to have one bad day and fall back in to the trap of forgetting a meal.
I have been going to the gym four times a week as my plan says, including my boxercise class.
Week two my boxercise class was super tough! I was the only one who turned up so had a one-to-one session! I do enjoy the group sessions, but the one-to-one is where I really feel that I have had a good workout and burn and ache afterwards. I came away from last weeks boxercise class feeling a bit deflated and like I hadn’t really had much of a workout. I just don’t feel like I can punch as hard when someone I don’t know is holding the pads. I can take the punches, but I never know if they can. in all honesty, I should have had an extra workout after boxercise, but I didn’t. I will do this week though if I don’t feel like I have had a good session again.
I still can’t see much of a difference in my pictures – although Lucie says she can, and so does my sister. What do you think?
Week Four will see me up the workouts! They will be harder, longer and for 5 x a week! Eeek! Lucie has also given me a recipe for some lovely chocolate brownies too which I am going to make! Will beat my chocolate craving for sure.
