A few days ago I was going through my news feed on Twitter and read a post by Tania over at Larger Family Life.
Tania is starting a diet to lose her post baby weight and was looking for people to join in to help motivate each other.
I am usually really crap at dieting (and exercise). I lose motivation really quickly and struggle if I don’t have anyone there to push me further and actually do something. I decided to join Tania in her quest to ‘Free Skinny Me’.
The diet starts TODAY! So, I shall call this WiW (Weigh in Wednesday).
I have bitten the bullet and signed up to Weight Watchers too! I am determined to lose my baby weight, most of which is still being carried from my first pregnancy 6 years ago!!
Here are my Vitals:
Current Weight: 12st 2lbs (170lbs) Eeek!! I’m just under 5ft 4inch tall so I am overweight for my frame.
Mini Goal: To lose 21lbs (1st 7lbs) by Christmas – just under 7wks time!!!
Goal Weight: 8st 7lbs (119lbs)
Total to Lose: 3st 9lbs (51lbs)
P has decided that he will join me too (perhaps writing it all down and logging it will help both of us to lose weight!). I shall add his vitals later when he is home from work!

Current Weight: 16st 7lbs. He’s around 6ft/6ft1 tall and has quite a ‘bulky’ frame.
Mini Goal: to lose 1 Stone (14lbs) by Christmas.
Goal Weight: 14st.
He did originally say 13st, but I think he’d look rather silly at that weight.
Total to Lose: 2st 7lbs (35lbs)
P is going to use Slim Fast Shakes to help him (I can’t stand them otherwise I’d do the same!!)
