On May 2nd, 2015 Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana was born. Her parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took her home from the hospital in a Britax BABY-SAFE infant carrier. This is the second time that the Royals have opted for a Britax – having taken their son, Prince George home in one just 21 months earlier.
Here is what Britax had to say about it:
Britax were thrilled to see the Duke and Duchess choose a Britax BABY-SAFE infant carrier once again to escort their precious new-born home. Having previously used the same carrier with Prince George, it was a sure sign of a great experience first time round. The world’s media saw the Duke seamlessly place the Princess’s car seat in to their car using the BABY-SAFE ISOFIX Base, which drastically reduces the risk of misfit and simplifies installation. The base is fixed securely to the vehicle’s ISOFIX connection points meaning the carrier can be simply clicked or unclicked onto the base as needed. www.britax.co.uk
“We are absolutely delighted to see that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen to use a Britax BABY-SAFE infant carrier again for their second precious newborn. Having previously used our infant carrier with little Prince George, it’s wonderful to know we have their seal of approval following a great experience the first time round.
