Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Payment for items purchased in our online store is made at point of sale and not at point of dispatch.
Payments made for custom orders can be made directly via PayPal. We can also take payments over the telephone, however, a small service fee will apply for this option.

Custom Orders and Commissioned Items
For custom orders and commissioned items of any kind, a non-refundable deposit is due at the time of order. Amount of that deposit is 50% of the purchase price, minimum, and may be higher depending on the complexity of the custom order. Some custom items will require full payment up-front. All payments required will be discussed with you prior to finalizing the purchase.
Changes to custom orders must be made within 48 hours.
Cancellation of custom orders must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Any orders cancelled after the first 24 hours forfeit all payments already made toward the custom and/or commissioned items purchased.
In stock items will ship in 1-5 business days after the order is finalized.
Items marked Custom Order or Pre-Order usually ship within 2-3 weeks after the order is finalized. You will be notified if your order will take longer than 3 weeks to ship.
We hate waiting for packages so we will try and get orders out as early as possible!
Rach’s Place/Rach’s Crafty Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to mail carrier error or wrong shipping addresses.
We cannot mark items as “gifts” on international customs orders/forms as it is illegal. We will not fulfill these orders.
Shipping costs DO NOT include customs duties, taxes, and related fees. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other fees incurred after a package is mailed. Additional charges billed by the destination country are not predictable, not part of what we can pay ahead of time in shipping costs, and will not be refunded if charged.
We ship by U.S. Postal Service internationally. Charges will be based on published USPS rates. Shipping charges for international orders will automatically calculate during checkout. Check USPS.com for the latest rates.
Generally, international orders can take 2–4 weeks to be delivered. Delivery time depends on the destination.
Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
Returns or Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are always happy to work with you to help fix any issues you may have our handmade item, however, please keep in mind that Rach’s Place is a small business. :) We will try our best!
Please contact Rach’s Place within 1 week of receipt of your item. If a return is accepted, the item must be in its original packaging, and unused and intact. Refunds will be issued, minus original shipping charges, after the item has been received at Rach’s Place.
If you return items to us, please use an insured method of shipping and delivery and obtain proof of mailing. We cannot accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit to us.
Exchanges will be accepted if the item is available, however, due to the constant change in our inventory, this may be difficult to achieve.
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS: Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded, and items cannot be exchanged on custom orders. If you are not happy with a Custom Order, please contact us.
If the problem is due to an error on our end, a replacement will happily be sent out. If it is a mistake on your end, you will be charged for any replacement products.
ALL CHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM TIME OF ORDER.
